Take the high-road.

If you asked me why Lab Coat Agents has grown so big so fast is because we do this because we want to. We expect absolutely nothing in return and we have no hidden agenda. As much as it may hurt sometimes when you don’t recieve the same back, you still have to keep giving. When you expect it, it won’t come back to you in a positive way. Life is about saying thank you to those you help, and showing others that you appreciate them.

Let’s look at this from our real estate business perspective: We help dozens, hundreds, and for some agents – thousands of families every year. Give them value, and keep giving them value for the rest of your life. They will pay you back without you ever asking them.

One of the things I pride myself on is, I have never asked a single past client for a referral. I have never said, “If you know anyone looking to buy or sell…” I continually make sure they know I appreciate them. Live your life by appreciation and great things will come your way. And most importantly: ALWAYS take the high-road.
