I’m noticing a trend. Home owners are asking this questions less and less: “How many homes have you sold?” I truly feel that the consumer does not care. The reason I feel they don’t care is because it doesn’t do anything for them. The only home they care about you selling is their own.
The only home they care about you selling is their own.
They just want value. When you show them that, it takes the focus off of anything else. And, in fact, when you show them that value, they don’t even ask what your commission is. Today when I was on a listing appointment I realized towards the end of both consults, commission had not come up. So I had to bring it up and they just said, “OKAY.”
My point is, just focus on what you bring to them and all else will be a distant memory.
