Give them something.

So many agents are clouded with the mentality that every single ad they run on Facebook has to bring in leads. That is SO not the case. People form friendships and relationships with other people that bring value into their lives. You’re not going to spend time with someone who wastes yours. The same goes for our business.

People work with people they trust, and people who give them value. That mentality should be seen in your online & off line marketing. Agents are consumed with the idea that every single ad they run on Facebook and every single mailer they send out has to bring them an instant return. With that mentality comes desperation, and consumers can sense that. This is why you should be providing consumers with a reason to call you by giving THEM something before they give YOU something.

Give THEM something before they give YOU something.
